Shaw Commercials was an established, Renault Trucks agent based in Castlebar, County Mayo, which provided commercial vehicles and CVRT services for the Mayo area.
The initial brief to Zetagram* by the client was to create a vehicle graphics based advertising campaign to promote the new range of Renault Master vans.
Before the van could be designed it was necessary for Zetagram to update and refresh the old logo with new fonts and graphics, while retaining the original design concept.
When developing the logo design, the corporate identity was further extended with additional colours and elements to represent the four different aspects of the business.
With the new corporate identity in place, Zetagram went on to create a bold typographic design solution using the USPs of the new model, with the lease purchase price as the primary selling point. The advertising graphic filled the available space and was designed to be cost-effectively produced from cut-vinyl on two different sizes of vans.
